Management Console becomes unresponsive during peak hours

Overview

The EventsManager Management Console may become unresponsive during peak hours of the day when the server experiences higher loads, with more data to be processed simultaneously.

Solution

This behavior has been observed in association with EM 2013 and Windows Server 2008. It's recommended to move EM to a Server 2016 with more processing power to increase the system performance.
