EventsManager Crashes Repeatedly

Overview

You may face an issue that EventsManager crashes randomly (e.g., every day), displaying the following error:
EventsManager has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

Also, the following error can be found in the System logs in Windows Event Viewer:
Faulting application name: esmui.exe
Faulting module name: KERNELLBASE.dll

Solution

This is typically caused by a corrupted application file, to resolve this issue you will need to Reinstall the EventsManager console from scratch to resolve this issue; you don't need to reinstall the GFI Database server.

Testing

Monitor performance of EventsManager for a few days - it should work without issues.
