Solution

• Recommend stopping all EventsManager services before proceeding and then starting them back again. 
  
  
  
• Unpack the files in this archive to restore the custom reports. The unpack location and name of the archive is C:\Program Files (x86)\GFI\EventsManager13\Data\Reports\​
