Error: "Forbidden Invalid authenticity token" When Logging In To Support Portal

Overview


You are unable to log in to the support portal, encountering the following message:
Forbidden
Invalid authenticity token

 


 

Solution

This issue may occur because 3rd-party cookies are being blocked or due to using an unsupported browser version.

  1. Make sure that you are using one of the supported browsers:
    • On desktop:
      • Google Chrome: latest two versions
      • Mozilla Firefox: latest two versions
      • Apple Safari: latest two versions
      • Microsoft Internet Explorer: latest version only
      • Microsoft Edge: latest two versions
    • Mobile devices:
      • Safari on iOS 9 and higher
      • Chrome Mobile for Android: latest version

  2. Enable 3rd-party cookies in your browser:
    For Chrome, refer to the Change your cookie settings section of the article Clear, enable, and manage cookies in Chrome.
    For other browsers, refer to the Enable Cookies webpage.

  3. If you are using an ad-blocker application or extension, disable it.

  4. Try logging in to the support portal again.

  5. If you are still experiencing login issues, try resetting your password
