Solution
This issue may occur because 3rd-party cookies are being blocked or due to using an unsupported browser version.
- Make sure that you are using one of the supported browsers:
- On desktop:
- Google Chrome: latest two versions
- Mozilla Firefox: latest two versions
- Apple Safari: latest two versions
- Microsoft Internet Explorer: latest version only
- Microsoft Edge: latest two versions
- Mobile devices:
- Safari on iOS 9 and higher
- Chrome Mobile for Android: latest version
- On desktop:
- Enable 3rd-party cookies in your browser:
For Chrome, refer to the Change your cookie settings section of the article Clear, enable, and manage cookies in Chrome.
For other browsers, refer to the Enable Cookies webpage. - If you are using an ad-blocker application or extension, disable it.
- Try logging in to the support portal again.
