Overview
The GFI EventsManager service cannot be started because it does not accept a valid license key.
The error messages below may be found in the following files:

Root Cause
EventsManager cannot validate the license key when a debugging tool is installed on the same server.
Resolution
- Verify that the license key entered is correct and it is for the EventsManager version that is installed.
- Uninstall any debugging tools that are currently installed such as Debug Diagnostics, Script Debugger or Debugging Tools.
- Restart the server.
