Increase/decrease priority functions do not work properly when trying to arrange processing rules folders.

How to Identify

The increase and decrease of the folders does not move folders as expected. The folders are moved to the end of the list or the position is not saved when switching the view mode. IMPORTANT: This only refers to the root folders and NOT rules.

Workaround / Fix Details

This issue has been improved in EventsManager 2013 but still failing on the root folders.

Required Actions

Inform the customer and escalate to PSG.
