Overview
After adding a database operation, it is not being shown in the list or saved. When choosing it to run now it does not execute and gives the following error in the debug log gfiappframework*.csv:

UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
This article provides a resolution to fix the issue described above.

Root Cause
The file Event Logs.xml.gz is missing data.
Resolution
- Install a fresh copy of the product to a test computer (e.g. a virtual machine).
- Copy the file Event Logs.xml.gz from C:\Program Files (x86)\GFI\EventsManager\Data\Settings\ESM Settings\.
- On the production EventsManager server, stop its services and close the console.
- Open the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\GFI\EventsManager\Data\Settings\ESM Settings\.
- Rename the file Event Logs.xml.gz to *.bak.
- Copy the file Event Logs.xml.gz from Step 2 to C:\Program Files (x86)\GFI\EventsManager\Data\Settings\ESM Settings\.
